I needed the taste of orange today. Since it was grocery shopping day, I picked up the ingredients and got to it! The cupcakes themselves were tasty the first day, but quickly dried out – however, I will say that was most likely my fault as I unintentionally over cooked them I think I had over done by five minutes… so I need to bake them for only 13-15 minutes, rather than the 20-25 minutes the recipe called for! The flavour was awesome however, and I will make them again! I did learn a new trick for bringing eggs up to room temperature quickly. Poor hot tap water on them!!!
