I saw this recipe on foxnews.com yesterday: Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies. I figured they’d be similar to the Fresh Strawberry Muffins that I love making. I was wrong. Whilst visually pretty, I found the cookies to be heavy and doughy and not tasting anything like cheesecake. If I make these again, I’ll add more cream cheese and maybe more vanilla. It’s definately a recipe that needs to be tinkered with!
