Roasted Chicken, Goat Cheese and Rosemary Pasta

OMG… this was to die for. I followed the recipe for the most part. I halved the recipe as it was only my hubby and I eating it, and I thickened the sauce a little faster than the recipe called for because I was impatient 😉 I thickened it up with a little corn starch. Worked a treat. Next time I am going to make this with a thinner/smaller pasta. But it was definitely a keeper in the food book. Especially since my husband loved it so much!!
